What is the difference between ROI and ROAS?
ROI (Return on Investment) measures net profit relative to total cost including all spend. ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) measures gross revenue relative to ad spend only — it does not account for cost of goods or other costs. ROAS is always a larger number than ROI for the same campaign.
How is Earned Media Value calculated?
Earned Media Value estimates what your organic social reach would cost if you had paid for it. It sums the CPM value of impressions, the CPC value of link clicks, and the value of new followers gained.
What should I enter for "Total Spend"?
Include everything: ad spend, agency or freelancer fees, content creation costs, and any software subscriptions used for the campaign.
