Click Copy on any individual tweet, or use Copy All Tweets to grab the full thread at once.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the tool decide where to split?

It first tries to break at sentence boundaries (after . ! ?). If a single sentence is too long for one tweet, it splits at the last word that fits within the 280-character limit.

Are URLs counted as 23 characters?

The thread formatter splits on raw character count, not Twitter's weighted count. For precise URL counting, use the Twitter Character Counter tool to check individual tweets.

Can I edit individual tweets after splitting?

The tweet cards are read-only. Edit your input text to adjust the output, or copy the tweets and edit them in a text editor.

Is my text stored or sent anywhere?

No. All splitting happens locally in your browser. Your text never leaves your device.
